It takes countless hours of deliberate practice to become a top class athlete in any sports discipline.

We at VGB Soccer™ can accelerate players learning through our private individual and small group training program. The purpose of this specialized training program is to enable players to receive individual instruction in specific areas of the game which will be difficult to teach in a large team environment.

Individual or Small Group? Not sure which one you should get enrolled in?

It depends on what you want to work on. If you have very specific training goals the individual training is the best way to go.

If you are looking for overall development but with more individual attention then small group training will be the best fit.

Individual training allows the trainer to concentrate on the specific demands of the individual player that is not possible in a team setting. Training sessions are structured according to a player's strengths, weaknesses, and developmental needs. 

Small group training is also very beneficial in comparison to regular team training sessions and also more cost effective than individual training.

How often should you do private soccer training? It is recommended to do private training regularly twice a week. However, depending on your personal goals and level of activity with your team private soccer training can be scheduled more often. Under special circumstances, such as a tryout or an important game/tournament, an intensive schedule of training sessions is suggested. In order to see major improvements, the program should be maintained for at least 6 months.

Regular private training will accelerate the perfection of your soccer skills.

Referral Program

VGB Soccer™ thrives on positive feedback to family, friends, and colleagues. This referral program is a symbol of gratitude for your referrals. Please notify the referred person to identify you so you may receive your FREE session(s).

Refer someone who purchases a package of 6 or 8 sessions, and "you" receive 1 FREE session.

Refer someone who purchases a package of 10+ sessions, and "you" receive 2 FREE sessions.

"You" is defined as any existing client who has purchased a minimum of three sessions.

Location and Miscellaneous

All training sessions are instructed personally by Victor Garcia-Bebek.  Garcia-Bebek is the head coach of the women’s soccer program at Friends University.

All sessions are set up in advance, ranging from late afternoon to early evening hours, depending on the athletes schedule. Weekends are also available. Click here to get registered!

Sessions take place on the Friends University Campus. A different location can be considered.

Each session lasts for 1 hr.
